Q051warningnew in Seagull

Prefix from another tool

A comment uses a directive prefix that is not enabled, such as piko.

db/queries/example.sql:2:4: warning[Q051]: -- piko.column is not enabled here; add piko to directives.prefixes to accept it, then optionally format the directives to rewrite it to the canonical prefix
Printed by sgl from a small PostgreSQL reproduction project.

When it is reported

Queries written for Piko use piko. directives. Seagull ignores them unless you enable that prefix, and points them out so they do not go unnoticed.

How to fix it

Add the prefix to directives.prefixes in sgl.yaml, or run sgl fmt --rewrite-prefix piko -w.

See it in an example

In your terminal

$ sgl explain Q051
