Unusable go_type

A migration's go_type override names a type the generator cannot use.

db/migrations/0003_gulls.up.sql:5:34: error[Q049]: migration go_type override "example.com/gulls.identifier" for gulls.id is unusable: "identifier" is not exported, so the generated code cannot refer to it in "example.com/gulls"

When it is reported

The column keeps its inferred Go type.

How to fix it

Give go_type a full import path and type name, such as "github.com/google/uuid.UUID".
