Duplicate query name
Two queries declare the same name.

When it is reported
Each query name becomes a method on the generated Queries type, so names must be unique across every query file of a database.
How to fix it
Rename one of the queries.
In your terminal
$ sgl explain Q006
Look for DuplicateQueryName in Seagull's source to see where it is reported.
